We've been monitoring the Domain Verification process carefully and have confirmed that Domains are now verifying in a reasonable amount of time.

Identified

An issue with our Edge Network provider, Cloudflare has resulted in delays in processing Custom Domain verification and SSL Issuance.

This issue is currently under investigation and has not yet been declared as an active incident with Cloudflare.

Domains stuck in "Verifying" status in the Cloud Control Panel should progress as normal once the issue at Cloudflare has been resolved. This may take a few minutes to a few hours, depending on their current status on the Edge.

This does not affect any custom domains that are already verified.

We are monitoring the situation and will provide updates as required.
